The next day we continued onto Lake Mead. Roger has been going there for a couple of years to observe the lowing of the water levels of the lake. As of September 2010, the lake is at it's lowest lever since the 1950's. Where Roger is standing in this picture would normally be under water. The entire plane behind him should be underwater, however, as you see, there is only a small river passing throught it now.
