At the Cal-Neva Lodge they have a tour of the underground tunnels that were once used at the casino.  Mobsters, who had a business interest in the casinos used them to elude the Federal government when they came snooping.  They moved around through them whenever federal agents appeared.  Even Marilyn Monroe used these tunnels to get to her cabin.  The tour took about an hour but was well worth it.
